I’ve been watching Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, and it’s pretty good so far.
Studio Megaane didn’t waste a lot of time getting to its opening either.

I’ve definitely listened to “Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru” by See-Saw for that purpose more than a few times.
This song is the last and best ending song from Gundam SEED Destiny.

Oh, and Studio Megaane’s 8-bit version of this with digitized vocals by Yukako Hayami is amazing in its own right.
Another anime theme as done by Studio Megaane, this time it’s “The Real Folk Blues”, the ending song from Cowboy Bebop.
I’ve posted about Studio Megaane before. And Gundam SEED is a pretty good series (that’s become underrated among English-speaking fans after getting caught in the backlash against the less good Gundam SEED Destiny.). No one denies that SEED and Destiny both had some good music, though.

Last week I said Butter-Fly was once voted the second-best anime opening of all time. In case anyone failed to guess it, here’s number one from the same poll. And it’s not hard to see why.
